Thank you very much for your registrations and abstract submissions for ICRC2023.
Since we received far more submissions than we initially estimated, it took more time than planned to decide on the acceptance or rejection of the abstracts and the types of presentations. We will announce the results of these decisions on April 10.
To accommodate this delay, we have extended the early-bird registration and its payment deadline by one week to April 22. Please remember to complete your registration and payment by the deadline. After April 22, the regular registration fee will be automatically applied. Please also note that a processing fee will be charged for conversions between onsite and online participation after the same day.
Acceptance/rejection and oral/poster results will be displayed in the abstract submission system. Please log in to the AMARYS website

on April 10 or later, then go to “My Page” and click the “Abstract” button. The review result will be displayed for each abstract.
If you see “Accepted”, you can click it to open a separate window to see if the abstract has been accepted for oral or poster presentation.
Online receipts can also be issued from the AMARYS My Page. Please click “WEB Invoice Receipt” and download your PDF file. (You may need to disable the pop-up blocking in your browser.)
