We hope this email finds you well. As the organizing committee of the ICRC2023, we greatly appreciate your participation. In preparation for the conference, we kindly request your cooperation in answering the pre-surveys related to the upcoming Diversity Session.

The purpose of these surveys is to gather valuable insights on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within our community and the efforts of the groups to which you belong. Your responses will provide us with a deeper understanding of the current landscape and help us foster a more inclusive environment.
We assure you that all responses will be anonymized and analyzed in a format that does not identify individuals. The aggregated results will be shared and discussed during the Diversity Session, scheduled on July 28th from 11:50 to 12:50.
