Directions to the Conference Venue
Detailed information about the city and the conference venue is summarized on our Travel page. You can also visit individual sections using the links below.
Registration, parallel sessions, and welcome reception are scheduled on the first day (July 26) of the ICRC2023.
Registration Desk
The registration desk will open at 9:15 a.m. in the foyer (entrance hall) of the Toyoda Auditorium. The registration desk will also be available at the Hilton Nagoya from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m..
Prallel Sessions
For presenters, please check the information of your contributing sessions on our conference platform, Confit. You can also find the whole time table and session time tables at the following links.
Welcome Reception
The welcome reception will be start from 5:00 p.m. at the Hilton Nagoya. Immediately after end of the afternoon sessions, please go to Fushimi Station by the Higashiyama Line. The Hilton Nagoya is a A few minutes’ walk from the station.
The registration desk will also be available at Hilton from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m..
Guidelines for Oral and Poster Presentations
We would like to remind you of the guidelines for oral and poster presentations.
No More New Registrations for In-person Participation
We are no longer accepting registrations for in-person participation. If you do not have a valid in-person registration, you will not be allowed to enter the conference venue. Please consider online participation as described below.
Reopening Registration for Online Participation
Registration for online participation will be reopened on AMARYS on July 20. If you have not yet paid your registration fee, please do so immediately. If you have not paid, we will not send you the access information for our conference platform, Confit.
Online Connection
The plenary and parallel sessions will be streamed via the Zoom Webinar and Meeting, respectively. In order to avoide any leakage of the Zoom URLs, they will be made available on our conference platform, Confit one hour prior to the sessions. Please be sure to carefully check the session pages on Confit.
Pre-surveys & Lunch Reservations for the Diversity Session
A gentle reminder to complete the pre-surveys for the Diversity Session by July 21. Your valuable insights will enrich our discussion on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Also, please remember to register for the Diversity Session, which will be held on July 28 from 11:50 to 12:50. During the session, we will share and discuss the results of the above survey. Registration includes lunch reservations: Please be aware that lunch reservations are limited in availability. To secure your preferred meal option, we strongly recommend you to register early.
Threads
Important information will be annouced via e-mail as usual during the conference, but less important short announcements and tips will be posted on Threads.
At the moment, we are not sure how often we will post updats on Threads. But please check our latest posts before and during the conference. You do not need to create a Threads account to read out posts.
